Required a starter for my F150. Quick diagnostic, had the part and out the door in 90 mins. Can’t thank Scott enough as we were travelling out of state and required the repair before the truck let us down. Highly recommend this shop and would definitely use them again.

Let me tell you about our new mechanic! First off, George saw my husband broken down on the side of the road on Christmas! I'm in a physical therapy rehab center close by. George was riding his bike and stopped to see if he could help. He discovered the serpentine belt broke and killed the battery. He mentioned he works at a repair shop off Clark Rd here in Sarasota. My husband had our vehicle towed there the next day and they digently worked on getting it fixed properly without price gauging us. In fact they thought we needed a new tensioner because it was still making a noise but they looked further into it and found it was the wrong size belt...as there are 2 sizes very close to each other that show compatible with our vehicle. They immediately ordered the smaller belt and it fixed the issue. Now...some corporate auto repair shops (think "combustible element + another word for large rock " )would have led us to believe that we needed the tensioner replaced and upcharged for the additional repair but Jayn Dean's auto repair shop is HONEST AND THOROUGH. And in today's economy that's a difficult combo to find in a mechanic that specializes in Mazda. They work on many other makes and models but to have dealership quality work without the dealership price hikes...it's definitely a wise choice to go there if you need annnny work done on your vehicle. We live in west Bradenton area and we will still always use Jay n Dean's and recommend them to everyone! Mark...George...etc. and the beautiful voiced receptionist whose name escapes me right now...yall are next level amazing!! 50000++++ STARS!!

I just want to thank the mechanics who worked on my car. My engine was burning up and I had no idea where to go. When I pulled onto their lot they came out and started troubleshooting before my car was even in the bay. I felt they were honest and helpful. Once in, they were very explanatory and willing to proceed in a most conservative way at my request (as we all know it was libel to be costly). This was greatly appreciated. Their knowledge and expertise was apparent. I did have to leave my car there and they kept me updated without fail. My car is running well and I'm very happy with the service I received at Jay and Dean's. I highly recommend them.

I had a desperate situation. It was 3:00pm on Friday and my transmission linkage failed. Could not drive vehicle. Found Jay & Deans on google and my friend drove me there. They were so polite and arranged to have vehicle towed to their shop. Their mechanic immediately went to work on my vehicle, and within 45 minutes had it repaired. An hour and a half from when I found them they have on my way. Late on acrid afternoon!!! They were so professional, courteous and reassuring. No stress. Great people. Mike took great care of me. Highly recommend!!

Jay and Deans is the best place to take my 2007 Honda Pilot after I had a very bad experience with the local Honda dealer (total incompetence and treated me very badly). So Jay and Deans is the opposite of that. Super nice. Competent. And they give you a quality service at a fair price (you can’t ask for more!). I would highly recommend Jay and Deans Auto Repair to anyone especially if you have had a bad experience with the local incompetent Honda dealer.

Great Experience! I had such a bad experience at Sarasota Toyota, that I decided to look for a local auto repair shop. I used google reviews and found Jay and Dean’s. I went for an oil change. They were very prompt and knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Went the extra mile when they found my hoses had mice nibbling on it. Put a pouch of rodent deterrent under the hood. Great business to deal with!

Jay and Deans repaired my Tahoe in a timely and professional manner. Replacing a starter, changing out bad tire pressure censors and replaced both brakes and rotors on rear axel. The price was very fare especially when bundling the different repairs. Truck runs great. On a different day my battery died when I was out running errands. I was able to get a new battery but not install it as I had no tools with. They squeezed me in very quickly and installed the new battery and I was on my way. Thank you Jay and Deans. I refer to them as my mechanic.

I am very happy. The honest straightforward concern for the problem and the approach to solving it was much appreciated. Scott came out to my car and started troubleshooting it before it was ever checked in. Prices were very reasonable and the communication process was excellent. I will certainly use their services again. They solved my brake problem which someone else could not solve. In fact the other people caused it. I drive an Audi A5 and this is a welcome change from the "euro repair shops and the dealer".

Just purchased my Jaguar and the former owner recommended Jay&Dean They test drove it with me pulled it into the shop inspected the vehicle that had been sitting for a long time and gave me a estimate of what had to be done. I was aware of some issues but not all. Mike gave me a quote for the all the repairs that need to be done. The price was good and I l was very pleased with the quality of the work they performed. I will be returning to them to perform other things that need to be performed. I strongly recommend them to perform work on any vehicle. The service was fantastic and the price was affordable.
